This is a traditional sauce made in Spain. My parents grew to LOVE this sauce when they were living in Valencia, Spain.

1 c canola oil
3 egg whites
3-4 garlic cloves
dash lemon juice
dash garlic salt

Mix all together until it makes a nice creamy sauce. Serve on bread.
