Avocado Bruschetta

2 Tbls lemon juice
2 Tb ls red wine vinegar
3 garlic cloes, minced
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 c olive oil
1/4 c fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 c fresh parsley, chopped
2 avocado’s, peeled, and cubed

Ciabatta bread, sliced and toasted

Combine first several ingredients. Whisk in oil, then stir in parsley, cilantro and avocado. Spoon mixture on top of each slice of toasted bread.
