Brie en Croute

1 sheet of Puff Pastry sheet
1 beaten egg
1/4 c toasted chopped pecans
1 tsp rosemary
1-2 tsp olive oil
13 oz wheel of Brie

Unfold pastry sheet, brush with beaten egg. Mix pecans, rosemary and olive oil. Place in center of pastry sheet. Place Brie on top. Fold sides up around the cheese and seal. Place seam side down on baking sheet. Brush with egg mixture.

Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes. Let stand 45 minutes before cutting into it.
