Deviled Eggs – Wasabi Style

1 dozen eggs, boiled, peeled, halved and yolks gently pulled out and added to small bowl

6 Tbls mayo
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp ginger
pinch of cayenne pepper
1-2 Tbls wasabi paste (depending on your sinus tolerance) 🙂

Mix 5 ingredients with yolks. Pipe into egg whites that have been halved – and serve.

This is definitely my husbands new favorite way to enjoy deviled eggs! YUM!
