1 lb. breakfast sausage
1 lb. hamburger
Velveeta cheese, as much as you want
Celery salt, onion powder, garlic salt & oregano to taste.
Snack size rye bread or bread of your choice.
Brown meats, drain; add cheese & stir until melted.
Add seasonings; stir together. Put on top of bread/open face and lay on cookie sheet sprayed with oil spray Bake until cheese is melted at 325. These can be frozen on a cookie sheet individually. Then you can take out of freezer as many as you want. Thaw and then warm in oven at 325.
