No-Bake Energy Bites

1 c oatmeal
1 c toasted coconut flakes
1/2 c chocolate chips
1/2 c peanut butter
1/2 c ground flaxseed
1/3 c honey
1 tsp vanilla

Stir all ingredients together. Let chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Once chilled, roll into balls approx 1″ diameter. Store in airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to a week.
