Dressing:
1 cup Yoshida’s sauce (or teriyaki sauce)
1/3 cup sesame oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
2-3 cloves garlic minced
2 Tbsp ginger, fresh, minced
Juice from one large lime
pinch of cayenne pepper
Salad:
1 box of penne pasta, cooked
2-3 chicken breasts, grilled or browned, cooled off
4-5 green onions, sliced
2 carrots, grated
1/3 to 1/2 head of purple cabbage, shredded
1 bunch of cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup of chopped unsalted roasted peanuts
1 Tbsp toasted Sesame seeds
Toss all the ingredients together in a large salad bowl before serving
