Chili-stuffed Cheeseburgers

1.5 lbs ground beef
1 4oz can diced green chilies
1 c shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 tbls Extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp minced garlic
salt and pepper, to taste

Mix ingredients together. With burger press, press out 6 burgers. Wrap individually. Freeze.

When ready to eat, cook on grill to desired doneness.
