3 heads garlic
2 tsp salt
1 tsp peppercorn
1 c orange juice
1/4 c lime juice
1/4 c lemon juice
1 c onion, minced
2 tsp oregano
1 c olive oil
Meat – beef, chicken, pork
Mash garlic cloves salt and peppercorns to a paste. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Prepare the meat by pounding it thin. Then add to marinade. Let marinade at least 5 hours. Grill your meat!
Serve with Chimichurri Sauce.
