2 lbs beef stew meat
3 potatoes, quartered
3 carrots, small chunks
3 cups broth
1 15 oz. can diced tomatoes
8 oz sliced mushrooms
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper
Add all ingredients to gallon size ziploc bag, in the order they were listed. Remove as much air as you can and seal. Freeze.
Thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Cook on high for 6 hours or low for 8 hours.
