2 cups shredded chicken
1 cup sliced onion
3.5 oz jar of roasted red peppers
2 cups chicken broth
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Add chicken, onion, red pepper and chicken broth to a crockpot and cook for 3-4 hours. About 20 minutes before serving add the garlic powder and italian seasoning to the crockpot and mix.
Serve chicken mixture on top of tortillas and provolone cheese.
