1.5 c water
3/4 c soy
1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
1 med onion, chopped
2 Tbls white vinegar
2 Tbls lemon juice
2 Tbls dijon mustard
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp parsley flakes
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp pepper
2-2.5 lbs steak
Mix all ingredients except steak together in a gallon size baggie. Once mixed well, add steak and marinade at least 1 hour. Or freeze, and pull out for a later date. Thaw. Grill to your liking. Enjoy.
