Parmesan-Panko Crusted Tilapia

1/2 to 3/4 c mayonnaise
1 c panko bread crumbs
1/2 c flour
1/2 c fresh grated parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp lemon pepper
6-8 tilapia fillets

In one small shallow bowl, place your mayonnaise inside. In another small shallow bowl, mix bread crumbs, flour, cheese and lemon pepper.

Melt a couple of tablespoons of butter in large pan. Dredge tilapia fillets in mayonnaise, then in bread crumb mixture. Place in pan and saute on each side for approximately 4 minutes or until done.
