Pork Tenderloin

3 lb. pork loin
1-2 lg. onions, sliced
2-4 cloves garlic, minced
1 c. BBQ sauce
1/2 c. mustard
3 tbsp. tomato paste
1 c. chicken broth

Layer sliced onions on bottom of crock; top w/ minced garlic. Then lay pork loin on top of the onions and garlic. Combine the remaining ingredients; pour on top of meat. Cook in crock pot on low for 6-8 hrs.
