6 tilapia fillets
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbls olive oil
1/4 c unsalted butter, softened
1Tbls chopped shallot
1 tsp lime zest
2 tsp lime juice
1 tsp crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Pat fish dry, sprinkle with salt. Heat oil on med-high heat and saute’ fish till cooked 4-5 minutes. For the chile lime butter – mix remaining ingredients together and serve on top of fish.
