Amish Breakfast Casserole

1 pound sliced bacon, diced
1 medium sweet onion, chopped
6 eggs, lightly beaten
4 c frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1.5 c cottage cheese
1.25 c shredded Swiss cheese

In large skillet, cook bacon and onion till bacon is crisp; drain. In large bowl combine remaining ingredients and add bacon and onions. Place in greased 9×13 dish. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
