4 Tbls butter
4 eggs
1/4 c honey
3/4 tsp salt
2 1/2 c milk
1 c flour
sliced peaches
powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Put a heavy skillet in the oven with butter for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, combine eggs, honey, salt and milk in blender. Add flour. Mix until smooth.
Pour batter into hot pan and bake for 25 minutes (until set in the middle and does not jiggle). Top with powdered sugar, drizzled honey and peaches. Serve immediately.
