1-1/2 c. strong coffee
1 pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter or marg.
1-1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 – 1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
Heat coffee over low heat in medium saucepan. Add chocolate chips and butter, cook until mixture is smooth, stirring constantly, 3-5 min. Remove from heat; stir in brown sugar. Pour into a large bowl; cool 5 min. Combine flour cinnamon and baking soda. Gradually add to coffee mixture beating on low speed until moistened. Add vanilla and eggs; beat at medium speed 30 seconds or just until blended. Pour into prepared pan and bake.
Cool in pan for 15 min.. Invert onto serving plate, cool for 45 min.
Sprinkle top of cake with cinnamon and sugar. Cut cake into slices and add cool whip, sprinkle with cinnamon.
