2 pkg. corn bread mix
4 tbsp. melted butter
1 can creamed corn
8 oz diced green chilies
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Prepare 1 pkg of corn bread mix according to package. Stir in 1/2 can of corn and 2 Tbls butter. Spoon the batter in a greased 9 x 13 pan.
Top with chilies. Sprinkle half of the cheese over the chilies. Prepare next batch of corn bread mix, add remaining can of corn and remaining butter. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 400 for 25 minutes.
