As to be expected, what we thought the first week would be like and what it really looked like, was different. I’m expecting we’ll continue to have a few weeks of adjusting to what our new norm will be. But today is a new day and today we will plan as if we have an idea of what we’re doing!

Sunday: Bean Soup I’m writing this afterwards so I’ll just say this was really nice, tasty and cost effective. It was about $4.50 total… bag of Western Family dry bean soup (16 beans), 1 can of crushed tomatoes, Wildtree Cajun Seasoning and Wildtree Sea Salt: Smoked) It was good and hearty, with Jonah asking me if I can make it again, and Micah thrilled that I would make HIM beans!

Monday: Zesty Lime Chicken Fajitas

Tuesday: In-N-Out Burgers

Wednesday: Chipotle Lime Burgers, Mac-N-Cheese, Snap Peas & Leftover Beans

Thursday: Mozzarella Tomato Pasta & French Bread 

Friday: Shrimp Kebabs, Grilled Pineapples & Coconut-Lime Cilantro Rice

Saturday: Steak with Wine Sauce, Roasted Potatoes & Broccoli
