Dressing:
1/4 c tamari (aged soy sauce)
3 Tbls rice vinegar
1 Tbls lime juice
1 Tbls fresh ginger, minced
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp jalapenos, seeded and diced
sea salt
Whisk and set aside.
Salad:
1 lb red cabbage, chopped
1/2 lb jicama, peeled and julienned
1/4 c fresh cilantro or basil, finely chopped
2 Tbls fresh mint, chopped
sliced almonds – optional.
Combine, and then toss with dressing. Top with almonds.
