4 carrots, sliced
1/2 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbls butter

Steam carrots in water for 2-4 minutes. Drain water. Add butter and seasonings and mix. Cook until desired tenderness.
