2 small tomatoes, chopped
2/3 c feta cheese
2 Tbls minced parsley
1 Tbls minced basil
2 Tbls olive oil
1 Tbls red wine vinegar
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 medium avocados, halved, pitted and peeled
In small bowl, combine all ingredients except avocados. Spoon into avocado halves. Serve immediately!
