3 lb beef, shaped into 8 burgers
8 slices of bacon, cooked
12 oz brie, slice
8 burger buns
1/2 c mayonnaise
6 Tbls olive oil
2 Tbls fresh lemon juice
salt and pepper
Grill burgers. When almost done, add sliced brie, a slice of bacon to each burger, and cook until cheese is melted. Place on bun, top with mayonnaise sauce.
