1 can black eyed peas, drained
1 can shoe peg corn, drained
1 can Rotel tomatoes
2 fresh tomatoes
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
6 green onions, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
cilantro
Mix above ingredients together. Then add:
8 oz italian salad dressing
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp parsley
Mix and chill. It’s been to drain some of the juices, if you’re leaving it in the fridge overnight.
