We have seen so many recipes lately for toppings for corn-on-the-cob and we’ve tried a few. Here are a few of our favorites:
– Olive oil, mixed with cumin, salt & pepper
– Butter, grated Parmesan cheese and salt
– Mayonnaise, Mexican Cojita cheese and ground chili powder
– Pesto sauce, grated Parmesan cheese
– Hummus and olive tapenade
