16 oz smoked cheddar cheese, shredded
1 Tbls. flour
Dash cayenne
3/4 c beer
1 1/2 tsp mustard
1 tsp horseradish
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
In bowl combine cheese, flour and cayenne; mix thoroughly. In sauce pan, combine beer and remaining ingredients; heat until bubbling. Gradually add cheese mixture and stir constantly until cheese melts and mixture is smooth, about 5 minutes. Pour into fondue pot and serve.
