1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 (7 oz) jar roasted red peppers
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 large clove of garlic
1 Tbls olive oil
1 Tbls lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp red pepper
Salt and Pepper to taste
Toast walnuts in small skillet over medium heat, 2-3 minutes. Transfer to small bowl and cool. Combine all ingredients in food processer and process until smooth. Serve with Pita Chips or crisp sesame crackers.
