1 cup heavy cream     
14 oz Toblerone bars, finely chopped 
2 Tbls cognac or hazelnut flavored coffee syrup

Heat cream, add bars and syrup till melted.

*Additional Version – 1/2 regular Toblerone bars and 1/2 white chocolate Toberlone bars
