6 chicken breasts, frozen
6 slices Swiss cheese
1 can low-sodium cream of mushroom soup
1 c white cooking wine
2 c croutons
olive oil to drizzle
Place chicken breasts in foil pan. Place a slice of cheese on top of each chicken. Mix mushroom soup and wine together – pour over chicken/cheese. Sprinkle with croutons. Drizzle with olive oil. Cover with foil. Freeze.
When ready to eat bake covered at 350 for 45-50 minutes if thawed, 85-90 minutes if frozen. Then remove foil and bake another 20 minutes.
