1 Tbls olive oil
1 lb shredded cooked chicken
1 onion, diced
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
8 oz diced green chilies
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp black pepper
15 oz garbanzo beans
2 c chicken broth
2 c fat free half-n-half
1 c light sour cream
Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
Cilantro
Saute chicken, onion & garlic powder, approximately 5-7 minutes. Add everything except sour cream. Simmer 30 minutes uncovered. Stir in sour cream until thoroughly mixed.
Serve with cilantro and cheese on top.
