makes 12 roll-ups
1 tube of refrigerated pizza dough
1 lb lean ground beef or ground turkey
1 teas salt
1/2 teas pepper
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
1 teas Italian herb seasoning
1 Tbl fresh parsley, chopped
4 cups Italian tomato sauce
Roll out dough
Brown ground beef; stir in remaining ingredients except tomato sauce
Spoon filling evenly onto dough, slightly pressing filling into dough
Roll dough lengthwise like a jelly roll, and cut into 12 one inch slices
Spray two baking sheets with nonstick spray
Lay slices onto about one inch apart
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Let roll-ups sit for 10 minutes
Bake for 20-25 min or until golden
Coll roll-ups and freeze in one gallon bags
To prepare, thaw roll-ups and warm them in a preheated 400 degree oven
Serve with warm Italian tomato sauce
