Hot/Cold Tuna Salad

Ingredients:

1 small package of shell pasta
1/3c. mayonaise
2 tsp dried basil or 2Tbl fresh
2 small cans tuna, drained and flaked
1 large carrot, shredded
1 small zucchini, shredded (with skin on…washed)
1 small onion, chopped
1 Chopped tomato

Dressing: Balsalmic vinegar, olive oil, basil, garlic, and parsley (shake together in a jar)

What to do…

1. Cook pasta

2. Mix mayo and basil. Stir in rest of ingredients

3. Mix with cooked pasta

4. Top with dressing and tomato at the time of serving

Serve hot or cold! Yum!!
