Steaks with Tomato-Mushroom Salsa

2 dozen cherry tomatoes, halved
1 c chopped fresh button mushrooms (or baby bellas)
1/4 fresh parsley, chopped
2 Tbls chopped shallot
1 Tbls olive oil
1 Tbls lime juice
1 tsp garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Combine and set aside

3 8oz steaks
2 tsp lemon-pepper seasoning

1/3 c balsamic vinegar
1/4 c beef broth
4 tsp butter

Sprinkle steaks with seasoning. Heat 2 tsp olive oil in large skillet. Add steaks and cook to desired doneness. Remove steaks and combine vinegar, broth and bring to boil. 2-3 minutes later add butter and stir till butter is melted. Pour sauce over steak. Top with salsa.
