Preheat grill to medium heat. Combine the meat and seasoning mix. Shape into eight thin patties. Mix cream cheese and shredded cheese. Spoom about 2 TB. of the cheese mixture onto the center of four patties. Top with the second patties, pinch the edges, and reshape. Grill 7-9 minutes each side or until cooked through (160*) Top the burgers with the salsa, guacamole and cilantro.
In our family, we often use tortillas for all burgers. Cut your burger in 1/2 so it’s shaped like a moon. Lay the two 1/2’s side by side. Add your toppings, and enjoy!
