2-3 pkgs of ground round or sirloin tenderized beef, boneless
2-3 cans stewed tomatoes with celery and onions
1-2 cans cream of mushroom soup
wide egg noodles or rice as side dish
1 cup sour cream + 2 T. flour
Cook meat, tomatoes and soup in crock pot for 4-6 hours on low.
Approx one hour before serving, mix sour cream and flour in a small bowl. Take small amounts of juice from crock pot and gently mix with sour cream mixture. When it has made a nice smooth consistency, add it to the cock pot and cook for another hour.
Serve over egg noodles or rice. YUM!!
