Tuscan Steak & Mushroom Pizza

2 puff pastry sheets
4 oz pesto
8 oz Gruyere, shredded
1 lb boneless top sirloin steak , grilled and sliced thin
1 8 oz package baby bellas, grilled and sliced thin
4 oz Parmesan cheese, shredded

Lay pastry sheets on baking sheet and lightly roll out. Prick with a fork to ensure that it does not bubble while baking. Spread a nice layer of pesto on each sheet. Sprinkle Gruyere cheese on each. Then cover each pizza was steak and mushrooms. Finally, sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Bake according to puff pastry package – @ 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
