1/2 cup olive oil
juice from 1 lemon
1 cup Cabernet Sauvignon or dry wine
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 cloves minced garlic
1 1/2 tbls dijon mustard
1 teaspoon pepper
Use with 2 pounds flank steak, 1/2 in thick
Mix all ingredients and marinate beef 12-24 hours.
