Chocolate Zucchini Bread

1/2 c butter, softened
1/4 c vegetable oil
1 3/4 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c sour cream
2 c shredded zucchini
2 1/2 c all purpose flour
4 Tbls cocoa
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c chocolate chips
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350. Cream butter, oil, sugar, vanilla, eggs & sour cream. Add zucchini, mix. In a separate bowl mix remaining ingredients. Blend with zucchini mixture. Pour batter into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake for 30-40 minutes. Loaves freeze well.
