Sunday: Campground Community BBQ – Klamath River RV Park has been AMAZING!! Such great hospitality, great staff, even has a coffee shop on site with fresh made cookies, muffins… and free coffee all day long. They set out a big spread today for all to enjoy, grilling hot dogs, and polish sausage, with plenty of sides and dessert to share. We had tether ball, soccer ball and ping-pong competitions… what a nice relaxing day and no cooking for momma!
Monday: Portobella Mushroom Fajitas & Black Beans
Tuesday: Mozzarella Pizza Burgers, Carrots, Grapes & Chips
Wednesday: Chicken Caesar Salad & French Bread
Thursday: Sausage, Feta Cheese, Tomato Omelette’s
Friday: Fajitas again, with guac and salsa and tortilla chips!
Saturday: Mammie’s Beef Patties, Mashed Potatoes & Corn
