1 cup walnuts, chopped
1 package ramen noodles, chopped
one bunch brocolli crowns, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
1 head romaine, chopped
Brown walnuts and ramen in 4 tablespoons butter. Cool on paper towel. Toss lettuce, brocolli and onion with dressing. Top with ramen and walnuts.
DRESSING (I would recommend halfing this dressing recipe. Or make the full recipe but plan to use half or less on your salad.)

1/2 cup red wine vinegar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
dash of salt and pepper
