No-Bake Energy Bites

1 c oatmeal1 c toasted coconut flakes1/2 c chocolate chips1/2 c peanut butter1/2 c ground flaxseed1/3 c honey1 tsp vanilla Stir all ingredients together. Let chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Once chilled, roll into balls approx 1″ diameter. Store in airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to a week.
