Moroccan Burgers

2 lbs ground beef
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/3 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup fine dry breadcrumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
1 large egg
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 teas paprika
1 teas ground cumin
1 teas salt
1/2 teas black pepper
1/4 teas red pepper

Combine all ingredients throughly; shape into 8 (4 inch) patties.

Cover and chill at least 2 hours.

Grill and enjoy!
