Philly Cheesesteaks – Slow Cooker

2 lbs round steak, cut in strips
1 green pepper, sliced thin
1 onion, sliced thin
14 oz beef broth
1 packet dry italian dressing

1 loaf french bread, sliced for sandwiches 
6 slices provolone cheese

In gallon freezer bag add meat, pepper, onion, broth and dressing mix. Freeze.

When ready to eat, thaw for 24 hours. Add to crock pot for 7-8 hours on low. Spoon meat mix on bread, top with slice of cheese. Toast for 5-8 minutes in oven at 375 or low broil.
